
Soon after being elected as MLA, Kamalakhya Dey Purkayastha has reportedly stepped into action mode over public service issues in his constituency.
In a strong message directed at the Kalain Inden Service Gas Agency, the MLA emphasized the urgent need to normalize LPG distribution services and address the difficulties faced by consumers in the area.
According to sources, several residents had raised complaints regarding delays and irregularities in LPG cylinder delivery, causing inconvenience to households dependent on cooking gas services.
Taking serious note of the issue, Kamalakhya Dey Purkayastha reportedly instructed the agency authorities to restore smooth and timely LPG supply operations at the earliest. The MLA also warned that public inconvenience over essential services would not be tolerated.
